How long does it take to complete a design request?
Most requests are completed within 1 to 3 business days. However, complex projects like web design may take longer to ensure quality.
Are there any limits on how many requests I can submit?
No, you can submit as many requests as needed! We’ll work through them one at a time to maintain high quality and efficiency.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.
What if I want to pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription if you don’t need design services for a period. Contact us, and we’ll help you with the process.
What if I don’t like a design?
We can assure you that our team of creative professionals is committed to delivering the highest possible quality. However, if you’re not happy with a design, we will work tirelessly to make it right. With unlimited revisions, we won’t stop until you are completely satisfied.
How do I submit a design request?
We use ClickUp to manage requests, but we're open to using other project management tools based on your preference. You’ll receive an invite to a dedicated workspace where you can submit requests, chat, collaborate, brainstorm, and more—all in one place.
In what format will I receive my designs?
We support a wide range of formats, including popular ones like PNG, JPEG, PDF, PSD, and AI—covering 90% of formats. Just ask if you need something specific
Can I request designs for more than one brand or company?
Yes, you can request designs for multiple brands or companies within your subscription. Just provide the specific details for each, and we’ll handle the rest!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes, you can adjust your subscription plan anytime to match your needs. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Will I own the rights to the designs?
Absolutely! Once a project is complete, you receive full ownership of the designs.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the quality of our work and the diverse expertise of our senior creative professionals who work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide unlimited revisions to guarantee you are completely happy with the final design.
